At Apollo Tuition, we aim to make tutoring simple, supportive, and transparent for families. When you register for tutoring, a few key guidelines help us provide a smooth and reliable experience for you and your child. Below is an easy-to-read summary of the main points of our Parent Agreement.


Key Points for Parents

  • All students receive a 30% discounted trial lesson for their first session.
  • Sessions are billed at our standard hourly rates, and invoices are issued twice per school term (weeks 1–5 and 6–10).
  • Payments made later than 7 days from the invoice date incur a $25 late fee.
  • If you need to cancel a session more than 48 hours in advance, you’ll receive a 75% refund (25% kept as an admin fee).
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged in full.
  • If a tutor can’t attend and no substitute is available, you’ll receive a full refund for that session.
  • Parents remain responsible for their child’s safety and supervision before, during, and after tutoring sessions.
  • Tutors are academic support providers only — they are not responsible for childcare or supervision outside the session.
  • We expect all communication to be respectful and appropriate; harmful or disruptive behaviour may lead to immediate suspension of services.
  • While we do our best to help your child progress, Apollo Tuition does not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
  • You may end tutoring at any time by notifying us before your next invoice is due.
  • If any concerns or issues arise, please contact us first so we can resolve them quickly and fairly.
