Highschool QCE Tutoring
At Apollo Tuition, we understand that the jump from primary school content to high school content can be daunting, that’s why tutoring can be so crucial in a child’s educational journey. That’s why we ensure that students are taught concepts fundamental concepts through intricate worksheets as well as schooling tips and tricks not often taught by teachers.
One specific tip we build on heavily is ISMG (Instrument Specific Marking Guide) literacy, this is a fundamental skill not often taught by teachers that allows students to identify where marks originate from to receive maximum scoring on assessments. Currently pursuing her Master of Education, she pairs deep subject knowledge with a hardworking, friendly approach that makes that makes even the most difficult concepts manageable. She’s dedicated to seeing her students thrive and puts in the extra effort to ensure every lesson hits the mark.

With an impressive 94 ATAR and currently studying Computer and Software Engineering at QUT, Patrick brings a high-energy, practical approach to every session. He is dedicated to shifting the focus from “just passing” to actually enjoying the subject, with his background in engineering, he loves showing his students how concepts are applied in the real world.

Our 50% off trial lesson is offered to students on their first lesson as way to find out if our selected tutor is compatible with your child. If after the first lesson both you and you’re child are satisfied with the service, you will be emailed an invoice for the rest of the term, with the included 50% off trial lesson discount.
If you are unhappy with the first lesson, you will simply be invoiced the for the singular trial lesson with no obilgation to continue.
At Apollo Tuition we tutor a wide variety of subjects including but noti limited to all major english subjects, all major math subjects, all major sciences and much more! We also provide compreshensive prep to year 12 tutoring.
Yes, all tutors hired by Apollo Tuition require a minimum of a 90 ATAR and must be either an undergraduate, postgraduate, or full time tutor.
Yes, all tutors must have a current and up to date blue card. This is strictly enforced as per their contractual agreement.
Apollo Tuition does online tutoring anywhere and in-person tutoring in select suburbs. However, as of right now, we support no group study sessions, all sessions are 1-1 lessons.
At Apollo Tuition, we support Australia wide online tutoring. However for in-person tutoring we only support certain Queensland suburbs as we are Queensland Based. These suburbs include but are not limited to: Algester, Browns Plains, Acacia Ridge, Drewvale, Calamvale, Sunnybank Hills, Sunnybank, Stretton, Karawatha, Berrinba and other neighboring suburbs.
The booking process is simple! Simply fill out the form from our booking page or the button below. Once filled out we will sort through you’re form and find you the best tutor given you’re requirements. Finally the tutor will contact you in order to organize a trial lesson with you and you’re child.
Apollo Tuitions tutors generally remain quite flexible, if rescheduling is possible its almost always the better option, this should be done by directly contacting the tutor and checking if he/she is able to reschedule.
Our tutors require at least 48 hours notice before lesson cancellation, if the lesson is cancelled outside of the 48 hour window, a 75% refund will be provided. If the cancellation is within 48 hours of the lesson, no refund will be provided.
At Apollo Tuition, we charge termly invoices at the start of each term.
